Many studies have been conducted to see how students, teacher, as well as parents evaluate the use of iPads for educational purposes. By and large students have found the device to exceedingly helpful for educational purposes and promote its future use in education.
However teachers reported that the problems with the iPad can outweigh the benefits, they said that distractibility and the disruption of class due to iPad technical difficulties is very common, and time taken out because of these issues is hard to make up.
Parents fear that students will access games instead of conducting meaningful studies, and many teachers share that point of view.
Yet teachers will still testify that the iPad did in fact greatly improve learning speed and efficiency for students, and therefore after solving the technical issues they view the iPad as a very useful tool for education.
